Picturesque bike trails and camping spots, these words should describe Minnesota in my opinion.
I have done a little more than just a bit of traveling in my life, so, in general, I am quite used to what America has to offer in terms of camping and outdoor activities. Even so, my visit to Minnesota really provided me with some great memories that I will not forget soon.
As an outdoor adventurer, I could not miss spending at list one week in Minnesota and that was what I did just a few months ago. Previously to going there, I could hardly believe that this state has so many to offer in terms of outdoor activities. I did not go there just for camping, although I used one of their camp sites as my home base for my activities.
I am a passionate fisherman, and I spent two of my days in Minnesota going fishing for walleye and panfish. That was truly an exciting experience. Then, I moved along the southeast border to go after some trout, as I did not want that to miss from my portfolio. I took a lot of pictures to show back home to my buddies. I could hardly wait the look on their faces, and I was not at all disappointed!
After all the excitement with the fishing, I chilled myself on the green course. Yes, Minnesota has some amazing golf courses, and I was glad to be able to practice my rusty swing a little. I concluded my one week vacation with an excursion cruise that took me along the lakes and rivers of the state. I highly recommend anyone to embark on such a cruise, as the natural beauties of Minnesota are just the kind of things that you want to have on your digital camera.
