I have been around the country and seen so many truck campers that people have redone themselves.
On the internet I have seen truck camper pictures that show step-by-step what people do to customize their campers and some of them show the detail that goes into making this camper interior original and spacious at that. I have seen pictures of a 1991 camper that the person gutted the inside and did a complete turn around on it.
I had a chance to see some more of his work on a popup trailer, which he did the same thing. He does this for a hobby and eventually sells them to people everywhere. He has done two right now plus his own truck camper and has traveled to California to drop a popup trailer off there and another popup to Colorado. The nice thing is he tows them with his truck camper and goes on to camping from there.
He has now brought a 1992 Apache popup trailer and will start restoring that one this winter and then when he is done, he will show pictures on the internet and at campgrounds he travels to until he sells it. It usually does not take him long to sell them. He then has extra money for travels during the summer.
When you look at his truck camper pictures, you will see the detail that goes into making these campers on of a kind. He uses only quality materials, and makes them spacious yet cozy enough for anyone’s needs. The pictures always intrigues people and they want to see more. I cannot wait to see the next project when he finishes it, it will be a work of art as usual. He surely has the talent. He was thinking of doing a school bus next, but that might take more time he figures.
