Directory of Campgrounds: Tent and RV Camping Parks Delaware (DE)

If planning sightseeing in Delaware, check availability and location of campgrounds and RV Parks ......

Delaware is the second smallest and the sixth most densely populated state in the USA.

It was colonized by Dutch traders in the 17th century, so it is one of the oldest regions of the country.

Delaware was one of the 13 colonies that participated in the American Revolution, so it has a very rich and interesting history.

The lands from Lenape in the north to Nanticoke in the south long before the start of colonization were settled by native tribes.

Delaware is also called the First State and no surprise - its slogan is It's Good Being First. The state has been named after Delaware River.
