Nevada is one of these “mandatory destinations” for many travelers; unfortunately most of them end their trip in Las Vegas.

Indeed for most of us Nevada is known for its desert climate and of course as a center of entertainment and gambling.

Unfortunately this very simplistic and widely spread opinion does not reflect at all Nevada’s reality.

The state has much more to offer to visitors, and first what should be mentioned is a spectacular natural scenery.

So let’s mention only shortly cities – yes, the most sizzling and the most famous cities in the state that offer several casinos, theme parks and many other amusements and entertainment for visitors are Mesquite, Las Vegas, Laughlin and Carson City.

Among them, one of the trendiest cities is Mesquite - a beautiful town situated at the foothills of majestic Virgin Mountains. It is one of the best places where visitors beside casinos can enjoy horseback riding, hiking, biking along with several other thrilling activities. Nearby Mesquite is the Zion National Park, a home to some of the most stunning cliffs of different colored rocks. These cliffs are about two to three thousand feet high.

Another very interesting place to see is Lake Tahoe - the second deepest lake in North America. Its crystal clear water is so pure that it perfectly reflects blue sky and surrounding mountains. Around the lake you will find few peaks higher than or close to 10,000 ft  (Freel Peak, Monument Peak, Dicks peak …). It’s a paradise for skiers and in general winter sports aficionados but also, hikers, bikers… Of course you will find here “whole” recreational industry to make your vacation a dream -   lake cruises, spas, hot springs ….

Nature enthusiasts coming to Nevada can enjoy Red Rock Canyon which covers the area of almost 200,000 acres with walls of up to 3,000 feet. It is a set of large red rock formations where visitors can enjoy more than 30 miles of hiking trails, rock climbing, horseback riding, mountain biking, road biking, picnic areas and for sure abundance of scenic views.
Another place that attracts tens of thousands of visitors coming to Nevada is the Great Basin National Park and located in the park Lehman Caves.

Then let’s mention beautiful although semiarid Mojave Desert or Grand Canyon (the latter “shared” with Arizona)….
No doubt RV-in in Nevada is probably the best idea for fabulous vacations. If you do not own one, then let’s see if any of mentioned Nevada’s camper rental companies can help you to fulfill your dream.

Visitor's story.....

Pop up camper rentals Nevada was amongst true friends that stood with us through thick and thins in our trip.

And that is not all it has always been accompanying us in all of our camping trips, we simply can’t do without it.

We are one family that hates loitering around looking for lodgings, bargaining and getting stuck at one place.

And we truly don’t have to indulge in all this trouble with pop up camper rentals.

We were just caught up with the image of Las Vegas and Reno but visiting quite a few interesting places changed our outlook all together. Visiting red rock canyon was an awesome experience in moonlight as suggested by a friend.

The place resembled a white fairy garden surrounded with white snow covered peaks and white lake. May be that sounds poetic perhaps it was that lovely sight that transformed my words into poetry.

If snowman building was one of my favorite hobbies in childhood then visiting cave lake state park definitely took me back to those exciting memoirs.

The place had a festival on and we saw some of the most outstanding ice art in the place. One can also enjoy a great rafting trip at Sierra Nevada as the place is perfectly gauged for the sport with few rough patches only. Well if one is really crazy for snow like us then Reno’s is the perfect destination.

You have more recreational activities than you can actually handle like sleigh rides, dog sled rides, skiing and snowmobiling are just few to mention. Kids enjoyed them heartily though they had to add on layers on clothing due to cold climate.

You can even have fun at Reno’s whitewater park with kids on sunny days as the place has exciting rides and splendid water rides. There is perhaps no loose and tiring end in this trip it has something to offer to everyone. If we ever get a chance to visit Nevada again it would be definitely camping with pop up camper rentals Nevada.
